Parivartan Kaushal Setu

It is a skill-training initiative that trains local unemployed youth in job-ready skills — such as patient care, lab technology, home care, and related vocational trades — through hands-on, practical courses. Trainees get certified and are given priority placement in relevant jobs afterward, so it works as a pipeline: people get trained in real, in-demand skills, and get a direct pathway to employment at the end of it.
