Grievance Redressal
Last updated: not yet published
If something about this website, your donation, or the way we have handled your information has gone wrong, tell us. You will get a reply from a trustee, not a form letter.
Who to write to
Grievance Officer Parivartan Trust Patna, Bihar not yet published
The role is held by a trustee of Parivartan Trust. You may write in Hindi or English.
What we can help with
- A donation that went wrong — charged twice, wrong amount, no receipt, a receipt with your details wrong.
- A request about your personal information: what we hold, correcting it, erasing it, or withdrawing a consent you gave. See the Privacy Policy for what we can and cannot erase.
- A parent or guardian asking us to take down a child’s photograph or story. We do this on request, and you do not have to give a reason.
- Anyone whose story or photograph appears on this site asking us to remove it. Same: on request, no reason needed.
- A photograph from this site being used somewhere it should not be.
- Anything about the trust’s conduct or the conduct of someone acting for it.
What to include
If it concerns a donation, your receipt number and the date and amount let us find it immediately. Otherwise, tell us what happened and how to reach you. Please do not send us anyone’s medical records.
How long we take
We respond within 30 days of receiving your grievance. Most are answered much faster. If we need longer — because a bank or the payment gateway has to come back to us — we will tell you that within the 30 days rather than let it run silent.
If you are not satisfied
Write back to the same address and say so; your grievance goes to the full board of trustees, who meet and decide on it.
Nothing here takes away any right you have to approach the Data Protection Board of India, a consumer forum, or a court.
