Parivartan Trust is a social development organisation working to address community needs through practical, inclusive and sustainable initiatives.
We believe that meaningful development requires more than short-term assistance. It requires access to knowledge, skills, opportunities, essential services and community participation.
Our programmes are designed to empower people to participate actively in their own development and contribute to stronger communities.

Who we are
The Trust was constituted by a deed registered in Patna in 2019, and is governed by a board of three founder trustees who hold office for life. Its work is carried out in and around Patna, in hospitals and in villages, by trustees and volunteers rather than by a large paid staff.
Vision
To contribute towards a society where every individual has the opportunity to access education, healthcare, skills and livelihood opportunities and live with dignity, equality and self-reliance.
Mission
To design, support and implement sustainable community development programmes that expand access to education, healthcare, skills, livelihood opportunities and social support, particularly for underserved and vulnerable communities.
What we are working towards
The trust deed names the purposes money may be raised and spent for: hospitals and medical institutions, training, social welfare, employment generation, and works of general public utility. Every donation this site accepts is directed to one of those purposes and is reported against it.
Trustees
The board is the trust’s governing body. Trustees are named here; we do not publish photographs of them or personal telephone numbers.
